Information and Request For Further Investigation into Active Harassment and Inappropriate Online Behavior Involving Rodger Cleye
On Behalf of Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC, we* have compiled the following information about Rodger Cleye. While our internet investigation started with the unsettling public case involving Rodger Cleye’s harassment towards Olivia McCraw and inappropriate online contact with minors, it has since evolved into what we deem, in our opinion, an immediate and pressing concern for not only Olivia but other potential victims. We feel it is our duty to holistically report the following information, all legally acquired and validated, to the proper authorities for the safety of children everywhere* and for the protection of victims currently at risk of further exploitation and coercion**.
*Rodger Cleye is confirmed to have had multiple instances of inappropriate and repeated contact with minors online through multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Discord, and TikTok. It is also alleged that the current “youngest billionaire” Austin Russell, Rodger Cleye’s nephew, may be involved in some of these online activities according to [REDACTED]. Rodger and Austin are both on the original Luminar patents together and were seemingly closely entangled throughout the “stealth mode” period of the company.
**All parties of Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC are deeply concerned for the safety and mental health of 19 year old Olivia Kaelyn McCraw as it pertains to potential contact with, intimidation by, and manipulative tactics used by Rodger Cleye and/or associates of Rodger Cleye. She communicated to all members of Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC that she was “being forced” to make a statement in defense of Rodger on TikTok Live on Sunday, August 27th, and subsequently attempted to fly to Austin, TX, noting “I’m not gonna tell [REDACTED]”, the morning of August 28th with the help of a plane ticket purchased by Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC. Nicole and Dante stayed up until 4:30am CST on Facetime with Olivia to ensure she was safe and awake to leave for the airport at 5am CST, but the next day received multiple text messages stating she missed the flight and “[REDACTED] is being so mean to me today”. She also reveals that [REDACTED] has threatened her with blackmail: “[REDACTED] said [REDACTED] is gonna expose me or something.” As of September 7th, 2023, Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC has not seen Olivia again via Facetime since 4:30am CST on August 28th, and they are still suspicious and confused about the circumstances that caused Olivia to be unable to leave for the airport/continue openly speaking with Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC about Rodger Cleye and [REDACTED].
"Olivia reached out to Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC and communicated that she was 'being forced' to make a statement in defense of Rodger on her TikTok Live on Sunday, August 27th, and subsequently attempted to fly to [REDACTED], noting 'I’m not gonna tell [REDACTED]', the morning of August 28th."

Rodger’s Discord Server - "Cleyemates"
Rodger appears to have used his Discord server, Cleyemates, very inappropriately. Rodger would regularly converse with his young fans on the server. A large portion of the server and Rodger’s fanbase are children. Rodger would share intimate details, such as his struggle with his divorce, details about his new relationship(s), and his issues with TikTok and how much money they were paying him with his fans.
Rodger also had evidence that there were many children on his server. The "#introductions" channel had many self reported messages from the members of Cleyemates, a very large number of them being children. The server also contained a "#facereveals" channel, which was a place for members of the server to post a selfie. Again, many of these messages in "#facereveals" were sent by individuals who are, from our observation, children. Rodger also participated in this channel.
Evidence we have not yet been able to uncover relates to the “private concerts” Rodger allegedly held on his server.
We believe that Rodger used Discord as a tool to build a predatory relationship with his fans, who he knows are children. The full context of the server can be found in this YouTube video.
Rodger’s Website- "Rodgersrobots.com"
Rodger Cleye appears to have been directly connected to a website, rodgersrobots.com, from 2010 to at least 2020.
Rodger owned the site starting in 2010, confirmed by the full domain registry data acquired from DomainTools.com and the fact that the site, at that time, linked to his YouTube channel and various other websites he was or is currently associated with. Rodger Cleye himself also stated in 2023 that he both “owned” and “sold” this website 3 years ago, which would then mean he had some level of control of the website through 2020.
Although the name on the registrar is “Charles Lyons” at the time of the post described below in 2017, it is implied, therefore, that when the registration under Rodger Cleye “expired” in 2016, he (Rodger) remained involved and/or in control of the website under an alias at the time of the blog posts and continuing through at least 2020 when he states he sold it.
Just to be sure and to continue trying to prove ourselves wrong, we looked into every "Charles Lyons" that exists. Charles Lyons does not appear to be a real person in this instance based on the information provided in the domain registrar crawl. A premium search was done on “charleslyons56@yahoo.com” through the site socialcatfish.com turning up zero results for any other online accounts tied to the email address associated with the Admin details for rodgersrobots.com during 2017 posts, indicating that it appears to be an email account only used for one specific purpose and then deleted entirely.
An additional report was pulled on the domain ownership record of rodgersrobots.com that confirms the address of “Charles Lyons” to be **** White River Way, Kaysville, UT 84037 and phone number to be 566-889-****. After an extensive search, Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC could not locate ANY street called “White River Way” in Utah and only found mentions of this street anywhere on the internet on a few spam-looking Facebook pages. They similarly could not locate any real name associated with the phone number, and found that the area code 566 is not assigned to any specific geographic area.
Rodger Cleye also appears to have a history of using aliases and fake email addresses, as confirmed through an internet background check (BeenVerified) provided to Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC by a TikTok user who had been following the situation unfold.
This user says:
With all of this context considered, it is at the very least, extremely unlikely that Rodger was completely uninvolved with the problematic posts on his old website.
So...what were the posts?
In 2016 it appears that "Rodger's Robots" became a type of "blog" site, with 2 posts published about Poker Strategy and Satellites. In 2017, there is a post about how to use Snapchat and the safety measures in place on the app to be aware of, which started to raise a red flag.
Then there's a post about MovieStarPlanet that was truly sickening to read. The author describes how the platform has already been used by pedophiles to exploit to children and alerts readers to the site's safety checks to be aware of that are in place to alert authorities of criminal activity. In our opinion, this post is sympathetic towards pedophiles and essentially written as a guide on "how to not get caught grooming on MovieStarPlanet."
On rodgersrobots.com in 2017, the author describes the bust of an online predator with over 100 victims. The author describes that the predator used “moviestarplanet” as his medium to contact children. Below is a snippet of one of the “blog posts.” The full post can be viewed by clicking the link here.
After extensively searching articles online about the situation in both German and English, an article was found that covers what appears to be one of the exact situations being described on rodgersrobots.com. The man was from Bad Iburg, there were over 100 victims, and an online chat popular among children was used.
However, after scouring the internet in both German and English, we were unable to find ANY article or website that mentioned “moviestarplanet” specifically in connection with this and some of the other cases mentioned. This led to additional concerns about how the author of rodgersrobots.com knew that information, as after much searching, it could not be found by our team.
It is also known that Rodger has deep ties to Germany, as will be discussed in an upcoming article.
The full context of the website and discovery process can be found in this YouTube video with the caveat that, at the time, members of Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC may have misinterpreted some of the domain registrar data referenced. The full domain registrar documentation has now been uncovered and analyzed thoroughly, with no effect on the opinions and sentiments of the creators as previously stated.
Olivia Being Forced to Make a Statement on Rodgersrobots.com (8/27/2023)
The screen recordings from the TikTok Live on 8/27/23 where she is trying to make, in her own words, the “forced” statement, show Olivia in tears and struggling to get through her words. Viewers in real time noted their concerns and many reached out to Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC following the Live to ask questions about Olivia and her safety. Many raised concern around the idea that Rodger could be involved in these statements.
During the Live, Dante Welch of Hot Girls Have Hobbies LLC texted Olivia and asked her to give a signal of scratching her forehead to answer a variety of questions over a period of a few minutes. She answers “yes” to each question in real-time during the Live, including ones asking if Rodger was involved and if he had a lawyer.
Olivia's TikTok Live on 9/5/2023
The screen recordings from the TikTok Live show Olivia, multiple times, making the international signal for "help" by placing her thumb under a closed fist in front of the camera. Viewers immediately noted this and additionally asked her other code questions, like "if she liked pineapple, and to say the word if she was in danger" - she subsequently said "pineapple."
